Barry Sheene MBE - (1950 - 2003). This super item of signed Motor Cycling memorabilia pays tribute to the late and great Barry Sheene.
It displays two 10 by 8 black and white photos of Sheene, one portrait and one action. Each display digital signatures and are presented in a black surround with double mounts and a plaque that lists the following text.
Barry Sheene became the British 125cc champion aged just 20, and finished second in the World Championships the following year. A spectacular crash at the Daytona 200 in 1975 threatened to end his career, yet he recovered and was racing again after seven weeks. He won the 500cc World Championship 1976 and 1977 and is one of the legends of the sport.
