We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website but if you wish to return an item to us then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible.
Any item, with the exception of handmade and personalised items, may be returned for any reason within 7 days of the date of delivery so long as it remains in a saleable condition. We will refund the price of the item(s), less shipping costs, to the purchaser.
Please note that, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept the return of any items which have been opened or used. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To return an item to us:
- Contact us to obtain an RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorisation) number:
- Whilst viewing the receipt we emailed to you when you placed your order, simply hit reply in your email program, write your reason for return and click send.
- If you no longer have a copy of your receipt, contact us by clicking here. Please remember to quote the relevant order number and your reason for return in your message.
Please allow 1-2 working days for us to review your request and issue your RMA number which will be valid for 7 days. If you have been waiting for more than 2 working days for your RMA number please click here to contact us.
- Print the confirmation RMA email we send you and enclose it with your returned item(s).
- Write the RMA number clearly on the FRONT of your package and send it to us at the following address:
Allsports GiftsPlease wrap the item(s) securely for transit, using the original packaging if available, and remember to enclose your printed RMA web page or email. You will need to cover the cost of returning any item(s) to us.

Please note that:
- obtaining a proof of posting does not prove that we received any package(s) you send. We therefore strongly recommend that you use a method that guarantees a signed-for delivery and offers full compensation should any item become lost or damaged.
- we are unable to accept/process any returns without a valid RMA number or refund items that have been damaged whilst in transit to us or through the use of incorrect packaging.
- Once we have received and verified the returned item(s) against the RMA issued, we will initiate the appropriate refund or for like exchange.
