We know that there's nothing worse than waiting for something you've bought online to arrive, so we'll make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We'll also notify you by email when your order is dispatched so that you're kept informed.

Where possible, our aim is to dispatch your order within 72 hours.

The time taken for you to receive your order after dispatch depends on where you are and what you have ordered as heavier items are dispatched by courier, most other items are sent by Royal Mail and occasionally some items will come direct from the manufacturer.

Shipping starts from as little as £3.35 and is worked out per item because of the need to ship various items by different means and is based on each items weight.

To view the shipping cost for an item, simply add it to the basket and the site will automatically display the shipping charge to you.

Please note that it may be necessary for us to split heavy orders and dispatch them as several lighter parcels. We do this to ensure that everything we dispatch is fit for swift, safe passage through the applicable delivery network, whilst being fully insured against the unlikely event of loss or damage.

Should your order need to be split, the number of parcels and the appropriate shipping charge will be displayed on the Delivery Information page prior to checkout.
